Entity Formation

Our entity formation services include up to two (2) hours in legal consultation over the course of the formation process which includes a review of entity types and which might suit your short and long-term business needs. Also included are all of your entity formation documents, consents and Black Beauty Kit. Your consultation hours also include access to our business services consultant to provide initial recommendations on operations, hiring, marketing and the like to optimize initial growth.
Operating Agreement Only
$750
Sometimes, we know that you’re super efficient and get documents filed and then need to go back to finish your entity formation. In that event, we offer operating agreement only services. This service includes a 30 minute consultation to ensure we understand who is involved with your business and how you want to document your exit strategy.
